- Buyers: We are about to see some of the lowest interest rates on new loans in over 40 years! This means that the house you didn’t buy last year at $700,000, for example, at 4.0% interest may be available at 3.0%. You would SAVE $305.00/mth, which is like buying the house for $627,000.00!
So, if you or a family member have any interest in buying, you should contact us now. We don’t know exactly what will happen to prices but have every reason to believe they will go up. So, take advantage of low rates AND low prices.
- Sellers: Inventory of unsold homes has dropped significantly. Showings have become very restricted. So, if you want to sell, act sooner rather than later. And most important, use a Realtor, like us, who understands and has the technology to reach the most potential buyers.
