GOOD NEWS FOR BUYERS!
I just reviewed this week’s California Association of Realtors (CAR) weekly update. Three articles stood out, which may mean some very good news for buyers.
Their headlines:
- Fewer first-time buyers are looking
- Interest rates drop to new low limits
- Fewer multiple offers on listed properties
All of this is good news if you’ve been considering making a real estate purchase, but were hesitating because of the heated market. Now may be the time to take advantage of our increased inventory and reduced interest rates.
So, whether you considering your first home, a change in lifestyle, or a potential real estate investment (a particularly good idea at this time, with very low interest rates and very high rents), now may be the time to act.
